Neon Noir - Futuristic Noir Theme

My submission for the Weekly note jam #26 - noir.

Basically just an excuse to create a cyberpunk-esque track with a sax lead in it. Noir can mean mysterious or exotic in nature, so I thought it was fitting and unique compared to what one might normally think.
